Today I started my morning with a 30 min HIT (high intensity interval training) session on a treadmill. (Sprint for 30 seconds and walk/jog for 90 seconds). I warmed up for 5 minutes then jogged between 7.5 and 8 for 90 seconds.
Then I jumped off the belt onto the side. The reason, because I am speeding up so quickly, I would fall off. When it reaches 12, I jump back on and sprint for 30 seconds flat out.
You should really feel your heart racing and your body pumping. I go between 12-13 for my sprint. After 30 seconds is completed, I jump back onto the side. The reason again, for jumping off, is because I am going so fast; I could not physically last much longer. It all depends on your fitness.
I am not qualified to give you advice. Just saying x. This is just a blog about what I am doing. As I said yesterday, I haven't been working out religiously since late November. Thankfully I am still fit and strong. Just a good few extra pounds heavier, but not the end of the world.
Loving the fact that HIT usually lasts only 20 minutes or less. But I always warm up first for 5 minutes and cool down for 5 minutes.
So enough on that back to Juice.
With the Super Juice me app you have daily videos, of Jason Vale's coaching 30 minutes day 1. He believes you can heal from within. The movie is well worth a watch too. So it's all about getting into the right frame of mind.
Jason was an addiction coach for over 10 years. I myself stopped smoking from his app. How to quit smoking in 2 hours. I swear to God, it was the best few pounds; I have ever spent in my life. I am a huge fan of his coaching. His first book, ever written was about alcohol addiction. He says, "Addiction transcends intelligence and common sense". He believes that we need to get away from refined fat, sugar and salt.
So his first tip is.
No more excuses. Sure we tend to make up every excuse going. But I can’t because I have children, but I can’t because of fiances.
You're going to giggle. The more but's the bigger your butt. So I am going to get rid of all excuses and change my butt literally. Ha! Love it.
There will always be dementors. People that suck the joy out of life. Doubt is the silent killer. So I'll be on the watch for, "your mad, your crazy, why are you doing that, it's bad for you...."At the end of the day it's not for life.
I have Jason's trusty words in my head. I am going to enjoy the process and get out of the diet mentality. I can eat dinner tonight, but I choose not too. I can have chocolate, but I choose not to. All it takes for any substance to get out of your body is 72 hours even cigarettes.
All in the mind. No more mental depravation. I will say no to the junkie food terroristic. I am not going to be a slave, to that little voice in my head. This is a bad relationship and it's ending now.
Knowing that, I can do it. I have the power. I'm not hoping anymore, that I can do it. I will do it. What do I sound like? Mr. Vale has put me under a spell. Well I do have great, time for him. It's amazing how some people's eczema, hay fever or asthma have cleared up, just from juice. Just by removing the toxins coming into the body and replacing it with pure, plant-based nutrition. Pumped or what! Feeling as if somebody has clicked a switch in my brain. The power of psychology. I am in the zone baby.
My God who the whole heavens will read all this. Need to learn the art of being a bit more concise. I’ll just tell you the ingredients now and how to make the juices.
